refreshRelationTypes()

updateRelationTypes(...)

For backwards compatibility with the deprecated update* alias; not used by refresh* itself.

Value

The freshly read relation types, in the same shape as loadRelationTypes() - the cached copy is dropped first, so the value comes from the server.
